Naughty Princess brings her own voice to her song “Another Day”, expressing her grief, anger and alarm at what is playing out in 2020, as the world, and the United States in particular, struggles with the pandemic, systemic racism and political corruption and propaganda. Her impassioned lyrics are spoken over a driving bassline and solid hip-hop beat, and propelled forward with melodic orchestral strings and searing electric guitar riffs. A dramatic change leads to a gentler and stirring ending, with the main theme wrapping around the listener like a warm embrace. Naughty Princess describes Another Day as “a song to bring hope and strength in unity as we continue to push for a future where all people can thrive”.
